      Beyonce Dedicates unborn Twins to Yoruba Goddesses Osun and Yemoja Beyonce has released a poem about her twins. In the poem, she dedicated her twins to the Yoruba goddesses Osun and Yemoja. The poem which is titled I Have Three Hearts was written by popular Somalian poet Warsan Shire.

James Ibori appears in UK court, may lose 250m pound assets  Former Governor of Delta State, James Ibori, is currently appearing before a Southwark Crown Court in the United Kingdom, UK. Ibori is standing trial before the Justice David Tomlinson court over confiscation of assets. The Delta-born politician, if found guilty, may likely forfeit his assets worth 250 million pounds. Ibori was on April 17, 2012 sentenced by the court to prison after he pleaded guilty to 10 counts of money laundering and stealing $250m. He confirmed the development in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, while receiving the deportees at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMlA, Lagos. Suicide Bomber Kills Vigilante at Maiduguri Mosque   A suicide bomb attack was yesterday morning averted at a mosque in Maiduguri, the police has stated. According to the spokesman of the police in Borno, Victor Isuku, a male suicide bomber attempting to attack a mosque at Dalori quarters was intercepted by a youth vigilante. Court throws out EFCC’s appeal on Fayose’s bank account   The Federal High Court, Ado-Ekiti division, has dismissed an appeal filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for a stay of the judgment delivered on December 13, 2016, ordering the agency to unfreeze the accounts of Governor Ayo Fayose. The EFCC had on June 21, 2016 placed restrictions on two accounts of Mr. Fayose with Zenith Bank in connection with funds traced to former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dansuki. Mr. Fayose challenged the action in court, insisting that the accounts had nothing to do with funds from the former NSA’s office. The judge, Taiwo Taiwo, on December 13, 2016 had ruled against the EFCC on grounds that the EFCC’s actions contravened Section 308 of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution as amended.
